Returns & exchanges

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with their original labels attached.

Boxers and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons.

Email us at contact@libasoun.com with your order number. We send you a return label within 24 hours.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your parcel, to the original payment method.

Size exchanges are free: the new piece ships as soon as we receive yours.
